TripCrane

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

These are the terms for using TripCrane. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who you are contracting with

TripCrane is operated by Performance Marketing Group Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man under number 016728V, at 4 Christian Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2SD. When these terms say we or us, that is the company you are contracting with.

What TripCrane is

TripCrane is a paid software subscription that watches flight and hotel prices for the trips on your list and sends you an alert when a trip clears your settings. Every alert has to clear four fixed automated checks before it's sent; nothing waits on a person. Your tier sets how many watches run at once and how many on-demand trip checks you get each month, and you can add more if you want them.

What TripCrane is not

We are not a travel agency. We don't sell flights or rooms, we don't book on your behalf, and we add no markup to any price we show you. Flight links in our alerts go directly to the airline; hotel links go to our booking partner. Either way, your purchase contract is with the travel provider, under their terms. Prices and availability can change between the moment we verify a trip and the moment you book it. We check every alert at the time we send it, but we can't hold seats or rooms.

Subscription and billing

Extra alerts and credits

The guarantee

If the first trip you book through TripCrane doesn't beat a year of subscription fees in savings, full refund.

How it's measured: we compare the total you paid for that trip against the median price for the same flight and hotel around the same dates, and we show you the math. To claim it, email support [@] tripcrane.com with your booking details. The guarantee is tied to the first trip you book through a TripCrane alert, whenever that happens; there is no expiring claim window.

Refunds

Four ways money comes back, all of them stated above and collected here so you don't have to hunt for them. One: the guarantee, which refunds a full year of subscription fees if your first booked trip doesn't beat them in savings. Two: if we close an account for the abuse described below, we refund the billing period in progress. Three: anything that is our mistake, including a duplicate or unintended charge, which we refund on request to support [@] tripcrane.com. Four: alert credits you bought and didn't use, refunded on request if you cancel. Cancelling is not itself a refund; it stops future billing and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, so there is no part-month refund. We refund only what you paid us, meaning subscription fees and unused credits. Money you pay an airline or a hotel is theirs, under their own refund rules, because we never took it.

Travel information

Visa notes and travel requirements in our alerts are informational. Rules change; always confirm with the official source for your passport before you book or travel.

Fair use

Your subscription is for you. Don't republish, resell, or systematically redistribute alerts. If an account abuses the service, we may close it and refund the current billing period.

Our responsibility, plainly

We work hard to make every alert accurate at the moment it's sent, and the service is provided as-is beyond that. We are not responsible for the acts, prices, cancellations, or service of airlines, hotels, or other third parties you book with. If something on our side goes wrong, our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, members get an email before it takes effect. The current version always lives at this page, with the date above.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of TripCrane, are governed by the law of the Isle of Man. The courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both agree to bring any claim there.

One thing that clause does not do: if you are a consumer resident somewhere else, it does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in. Those rights apply on top of these terms, whatever this section says.
